Who can I trust?

Over the last several months, someone I care about, trust, and is a member of my family has been stealing from me! Even more disappointing, it could be more than one person who doing this. Yes, from money to gift cards I use to buy gas to some of my pain medication to who knows what else, I've had things stollen from me, my home, and our van. Plus, they've gotten my debit card number, not once, but twice and purchased things within the last month or so. This person has the guts to even stay in a motel, under my name! Even an expensive thingamajig my husband Martin bought and installed in our van for my convience before his death has been stollen. This person or persons even stole money I was holding for my step-son too. I don't even want to try to add up the cost of everything that's been taken to this point. This has been happening just about every month for about the last year.
Friday, I found out about my debit card information being used without my permission and yesterday, this person stole my wallet straight from my purse, in my living room no less! I don't know how this person or persons could do this because they know my funds are tight. That to get through the month, I watch for grocery sales and pinch pennies until I could swear I can hear Abe Lincoln moan. Whoever this person or persons are, they've destroyed my trust in my nearby family and friends to the point I'm ready to give up. How can I continue trying to get from month to month, when someone steals the money I have to last until the end of the month?
Well, this time they may have done something they shouldn't have. They used my debit card to register an account with Goggle Pay, whatever that is, to purchase some items. I was going to report the use of my debit card without my permission yeasterday, until I found out my wallet was gone. I'm still going to go by the Sheriff's office in town after church today and file the report anyway. Hopefully, Goggle Pay will give them the name and address of the person who used my debit card. Unfortunately, I believe the motel where my debit card was used is lying to the police and saying no one actually used the room, so the charge won't be filed against my account. The only thing is, the manager or owner of the motel had told me, before I contacted the police, that the person had stayed the night and paid for the room before leaving the next day. I'm guessing they don't want to be involved or somehow get the name of the motel in the local newspaper. I'll probably never know and it's hopeless to even try to find out who used my card through the motel. I hope Gogle Pay won't be like the motel. I would really like to find out who is doing this, so I can file a case against them and also no longer have anything to do with them!
In the meantime, I just don't know how we'll get through to the end of the month. I had bought Wal Mart gift cards this week, so I wouldn't accidentally spend money I don't have and have gas to get us through to the end of the month. My wallet also had most of the cash I have to purchase neccities like milk and bread for the rest of the month too. Thank goodnes, I've been putting up my spare change, so we can get to church today. Unfortunately, I won't have a way to get my youngest son to our church the rest of the month, for early morning seminary or into town for church or anything else the rest of the month! I just don't know how I can continue pushing on. This time, it's just too much for me. I just can't see how I can continue when I can't see how to make it until the end of the month. At this point, I can't even see how we'll even be able to do anything for Christmas either. All my savings are gone, first to bury my husband and now, to cover several of the thefts that have happened over the past several months.

UPDATE
Yesterday (Sunday), after church we came home and I went into my bedroom to find my missing wallet on the floor in front of my dresser. I know I had looked for my wallet in that area both the night before and Sunday before we went to church, so I know it wasn't there before we left. I looked around. In the window, we have an window air conditioning unit with maybe a twelve inch open area. I usually keep a piece of styrofoam in the open area. It had a small hole in it and kept the hole close to the window frame. When I looked, the hole was larger and placed with the hole next to the air conditioner instead of the window frame. So, out of curiosity, I went ahead and looked in my wallet. Not surprising, all my money (including the change) and the gift cards I use to purchase my gas during the month were ALL missing! So, until my bank can refund the money for the purchases I didn't make or whoever took the money and gift cards return them, we have about thirty-five dollars to live on until the end of the month. That includes both groceries (milk & bread) and gas for the van.  This also means we won't be able to go to our church as often as we usually do the rest of the month and Boo will probably not be able to go to the Scout Troop I finally found for him since the Scout Troop our church sponsors has pretty much stopped meeting.
